In this example, SHoP used Unity Reflect and Unity Pro to develop a unique real-time BIM application for one of its signature projects: 9 DeKalb, a 73-storey residential tower currently under construction that at 325 meters will be the tallest structure in Brooklyn.

Here you can see Volkswagen collaborated with Katana Studio and Unity to produce a new campaign video for the 2020 Volkswagen ID.4 EV, the automaker’s first fully-electric SUV. The teams used Unity Forma along with the Unity Editor to create a virtual production leveraging the ID.4’s manufacturing data and author a 45-second spot.

Unity brings realtime workflows to animation content creators – speeding up traditional pipelines and giving artists, producers, and directors more opportunities for creative freedom, fast feedback, and artistic iteration on a flexible platform. These images show Studio Gale’s products. Studio Gale was founded by Seoul-based animation giant ICONIX Co, and their series’ are released on Netflix and YouTube. Needing to deliver their series quickly meant they needed to dramatically shave rendering & production times. Moving forward, Studio Gale will also move more of their previz work into Unity and replace 2D storyboards with 3D ones.

The games industry has seen massive growth over the years, surpassing the film industry in terms of revenue in 2018. The largest area of growth has been in the mobile market.
